Drug Interactions With Armodafinil

Several medicines may cause negative drug interactions with armodafinil, including many antibiotics or antifungals, tricyclic antidepressants, some protease inhibitors, and seizure medications. These interactions can increase or decrease the drug levels in your blood, which could either increase your risk for side effects or decrease the effectiveness of the medicines. If drug interactions with armodafinil are a concern, your healthcare provider may adjust your dosages.
